What if my flight is delayed or comes before time?
When we reserve your taxi to the airport we take the flight name and number. In case the flight is delayed you can give us a call so that we can get everything managed accordingly.
What information do I need to send while booking a taxi?
Your name, pickup point, destination point, and tell about the number of people who will be traveling, and how many bags you have. This helps us to make you choose the best vehicle for your travel.
Is there any way to avoid a no-show?
To avoid the situation of a taxi not arriving at your place, you should reconfirm it after 20 minutes. Over the call, you can let us know about the reservation details and dispatcher details. From your end, make sure that you give all the correct information. This will help to make sure your cab arrives at your place on time.
What if I don’t get the email confirmation?
Sometimes the mail gets redirected to the spam box. In case after 15 minutes you don’t get one then give us a call. Kindly note that if we are saying the taxi is booked then it means it is done and you won’t be late to reach your place.
What if I leave something by chance in the car?

What if the driver gave me his number?
Although, this situation is not going to happen as our chauffeurs are extremely professional and they stick to doing the business only. You should call the company directly and get all the necessary information you are looking for.
